Meditation practice complements Awakening Coaching and is an important support through periods of change and uncertainty. Your coaching programme will include specific practices relevant to your objectives.

Meditation allows us to rest in awakened awareness in a receptive state.

I teach supportive chi kung practices for inner peace and harmony within the body/mind vehicle.

From time to time, I offer workshops and webinars. I also offer individual instruction through day retreats near my home in Farnham, Surrey. Zhineng Qigong is a modern form of qigong. It’s a great complement to Awakening Coaching and physical complement to any seated meditation practice.
